Thank you for being My Mum!
To start this blog off I would first like to say a HUGE thank you to my mum for always being there for me, and for the amazing support and advice that is always on hand when I need it.. and sometimes even when I don't! She is an absolute star and the Best Mum in the World!!!
I was chatting with her today over a cup of steamy coffee and she said to me, "You know, things were so different in my day.. when I was buying a gift for my mother it would be a simple posy of flowers or a box of chocolates.. now days there is so much more choice, and youngsters have seemed to forgotten that it is not the cost of the gift that matters to a Mum... it's the thought that goes into it, that is where the value lies"
Well, this started me thinking as a sipped my coffee as i was sure I could locate a modern day gift that would tick all those boxes, and I have to say I think that I have managed to find it. It is a Personalised Cupcake Mug; made of china, it is ideal for those who do not like to drink from a thick ceramic mug, and the lovely cupcake design will be an instant hit with your Mum.
